Most driveways fail from the ground up, not the top down. We grade it, build the base, then lay hot mix and roll it while it is hot so the surface knits together and water runs off instead of standing.

Overlays & Resurfacing

Sound base, ugly surface? A new layer of hot mix costs less than tearing it out.

If the base underneath is still solid, an overlay gives you a brand new surface for a fraction of a full rebuild. If the base has failed, we will tell you that straight instead of paving over a problem.

Seal Coating

A sealed surface sheds water, fuel and Texas sun instead of drinking it in.

Sealer is the cheapest thing you can do to add years to good pavement. Done on a clean, dry, cured surface at the right time of year — not slapped over dirt to make a lot look black for a month.
